Categories & Classes

Each category in the WNBF has specific rules and expectations, so it’s important for competitors to understand what the judges are looking for. This can help you do better, especially if you're entering more than one category to figure out which one suits your physique best. Getting coaching and learning from other bodybuilding competitors can be helpful in making this an optimal experience for you. Being well-prepared and knowing the details can make a big difference in how you place! Click here to learn more about the WBNF's judging criteria and categories.
